• 30 day return window. Totally fine to walk around the house with a pack, but it must be unused for complete refund.

• One year warranty against manufacturer defects.

• If possible, we’ll try and solve most issues with repair/alteration. You pay shipping to get it to us; we’ll pay shipping to get it back to you.
