Finding a Pack that Fits

To find your torso length, measure the distance between your C7 vertebrae and your iliac crest. When you bend your head forward and run your hand from your hairline towards your shoulders, the C7 will be the second bump you come to, which should also be the one that sticks out the most. The iliac crest is the top of the pelvis. It is usually just a bit lower than your belly button on your side. Have a friend help you measure the distance between these points. Draw a line around from the iliac crest to your spine and then use a flexible measuring tape to find the length between that point and the C7. Do not raise your head back up or the C7 will give you a shorter measurement.

Once you have this measurement, you should know which size Cliffrose will work best for you. If in doubt, size up!
